My process of creating rings in the university workshop with self-engineered 3D-printed tools.

I have a passion for rings and creating them and studied metalsmithing and jewellery design in Detroit, USA, for one semester. While studying in Umea, I decided to create my own rings in our metal workshop and sell them in our design school and at the local arts and crafts christmas market. For this, I created my own 3d printed tools to securely place the ring on and mill them on a lathe. I also designed a tool in the squircle shape so that I could hammer the round rings into the shape that is a mix out of a circle and a square (squircle).
